蒜蓉辣椒酱炒饭 | Red Chili Garlic Fried Rice

 
Red chili garlic fried rice garnished with roasted cashew nuts.



Roasted cashew nuts.




Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked Basmati rice, 1 cup of shredded lettuce, 1 large Onion-chopped, 2 tbsp red chili-garlic paste, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce & 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 

Instructions: In the saucepan heat a small amount of olive oil until almost smoking. Saute the chopped onion until they turn light brown. Add the red chili garlic paste and saute about 30 sec. Add the cooked rice and stir fry for 1 min. Add  dark soy sauce and rice vinegar, and stir fry for 1 more min. Serve with shredded lettuces and roasted cashew nuts. 

简单食谱: 1. 把适量的油倒入锅里烧热,接着就可以放入少许切片洋葱进去炒,将蒜蓉爆香。2. 然后依个人喜好加入适量的蒜蓉辣椒酱在油里面炒30秒。 3. 继续再来就加隔夜的印度香米饭 (任何隔夜饭也行),加进少许黑酱油,米醋,再炒1分钟。4. 最后就把炒饭盛在碟子里,在加入切丝生菜和腰果就可上桌。

Organic Tomato.
 
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in pieces.

In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes and lettuce. Pour a teaspoon of olive oil over salad, toss well and serve.
